Cancellation Policy
I totally understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me time to offer your spot to someone else and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the service(s) scheduled.
• No-shows (missing your appointment without any notice) will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled.
These charges are not for services rendered but serve as compensation for time and resources reserved exclusively for you.
Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be required to place a non-refundable deposit in order to secure future appointments.
