Cancellation

Cancellation, Tardiness & No-Show Policy I totally understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me time to offer your spot to someone else and keep things running smoothly for everyone. • Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust or shorten your service to stay on schedule. Arrivals later than 15 minutes without prior communication will be considered a no-show. • Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the service(s) scheduled. • No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice, or arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, will result in a charge equal to 100% of the service(s) scheduled. These charges are not for services rendered but serve as compensation for time and resources reserved exclusively for you. Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be required to place a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments. Thank you for understanding and for respecting both my time and the time of other clients.
